GD&K Group commissioned Futu to develop a communication strategy for an upscale office building located in the heart of Warsaw’s Powiśle neighborhood. The result is the brand Carpathia Office House, which boasts a retro aesthetic.


We created a visual story based on a photograph of the building’s vicinity, using a color palette inspired by the 1960s, finished by a professional calligrapher and produced in a hand-made bookbinding studio. The resulting brochure was bundled with a sales meeting invitation and a hand-made Carpathia-branded notebook, and delivered in a custom-designed box.
